Resources on setting up automatic aliases/addresses with Postfix and Dovecot

Hi,

can anyone point me to a tutorial/documentation of what goes into setting up Postfix+dovecot in a way that allows me to just give myalias@mydomain.com as an email to a service, and the Mail system sets up the alias/mailbox automatically if it doesn't exist already?

The use of this would be the classic use of one email per service.
