I have 100's of CentOS 5.10 clients that I access through a OpenVPN connection. I have internal repo that they use for updates.
However some of my clients have some serious issues pulling packages from the internal repo.
I have time out issues on some clients while running "yum repolist", also I have tried to run "yum -y update" on a few of these clients and watched the OpenVPN tunnels just fall apart, only to re-establish a connection later. If some how I can get the update processed started, many of the packages don't pass the
What could be going on here? Is yum being greedy with bandwidth?
I'm seeing things like this a lot...

This isn't an issue for other clients
