Using CentOS 6.7
Back in April, I received an email alert from abrtd, with subject of
- "[abrt] a crash has been detected"
An ImageMagick cmdline process had crashed, trying to convert an image (as a result of a user upload to my website).
A couple of days ago (ie, over 4 months later), I then receive another email from abrtd, with the subject of
- "[abrt] a crash has been detected (again)"
This email contains the exact same error trace, and relates to the exact same crash which happened back in April (same PID, same date etc).
I'm curious why this email has been sent out again, and more to the point why its treating it as a new error.
Admittedly, I'm not 100% sure whether abrtd sends the emails directly when it detects a crash, or whether its just parsed via my cronned logwatch or something. But as all this runs daily anyway, it's really odd it's suddenly decided to regurgitate it
Thanks
