Budget Software in Linux

I know this probably isn't the proper place to post this question but I'm looking for budgeting software to track purchases, licenses and other assets to properly handle a technology departments' budget. I'd looking for it to be hosted internally and ability to share it with others. I'm looking for proper roles (readonly, write, etc, basically security) and ofcourse, linux based. Any suggestions? I'm hoping someone here has experience in this domain and give me some guidance. Thanks
