How to define home dir for AD user?

I set up my RHEL server using this to allow Active Directory users to connect via SSH. It works fine, but I'm having two issues. One, how can I narrow it down to only allow users to connect if they are in an AD group called LinuxAdmins, and two, how can I define a user's homedir and ownership? Right now they just get thrown into the system with no passwd entry or anything.
