Ok So I'm a Senior SysAdmin at my company. We are looking for more Seniors to hire. I was wondering what perks or must haves do you other fellow Senior SysAdmins look for when applying to Senior Positions. We are mainly a RHEL Shop, we have about 20 Windows Systems that we take care of. I'd like to see a list of things you would like see on the table first. Things like working remote, schedule etc.
