I need to develop a simple site management framework with some minimum viable content. Things like a blog, donation page and maybe some embedded charts showing server uptime. I'm planning on running this on a small KVM VPS with 512 RAM. I'm not much of a programmer, what would be my best choice considering the system requirement limitations.
