What do you look for in an intern?

Hi all, I'm looking for an intern next year but so far there are not many companies that are offering system admin places, on any of the operating systems. I am working on trying to get one by communicating to companies, but I was wondering: what aspects you would find important for someone to know if they were going to get an intern at your place?
