Linux Admins, what is it worth ($) to be able to work from home

I am curious to hear, what percentage of your salary would you sacrifice in order to work from home, and for how many days? For example I might take a 5% reduction to work from home 1-2 days a week. This is aimed at Sysadmins or anyone who chooses to answer. If this is the wrong forum, please let me know where I should post.
