Windows admin wanting to move into Linux admin, what do you want to see on my resume?

Not much else to say, I've been an admin for a few years, my hands touch a wide range of stuff but I'd say only the VMware and SAN stuff might be of interest to any potential employers.

I'd say my ability to work in an enterprise environment would carry over seamlessly (change management etc.), and my current environment allows me to run up whatever I want though so far I've only put in a Nagios server with the very basic service checks. At home I've been running Linux for the past 6 years though I haven't done too much tinkering around apart from some SSH port forwarding to I can VNC my machine from work.

What would you want to see on my resume that would make you want to get me in for a chat?
