How to setup an IPv6 in IPv4 tunnel in order to reach IPv6 Internet from behind IPv4-only ISP by help of IPv6 capable remote server?

I want to setup an IPv6 in IPv4 tunnel from a local machine (behind an IPv4-only ISP) to my remote server (where IPv6 Internet access runs fine out of the box) in such a way that I'll be able to reach IPv6 Internet addresses from my local machine, and my local machine should be reachable from the outside by IPv6. I found lots of tutorials about this, but none did work for me, because I either didn't get it or they omitted what to do on the server side or suggested tunnel-brokers (which I don't need because I've got a root server).
