Book suggestions for following topics?

Hello everyone I'm looking for a few book suggestions as I'm having trouble finding one I find good or up to date.

First off...

Apache httpd. I would like something for 2.4 as I'm looking into switching from 2.2 to 2.4 coming up as I'm building a kickstart & our puppet environment for 2.4 and as some directives are changing I would like to take the time to properly convert all of our tons of conf.d & conf files + tuning.

Varnish. I've converted one of our squid clusters to varnish but it was a really simple cluster. For some of our more advanced caching clusters I'd like to learn more about varnish & the varnish language/features. I can use documentation but books are always nice to have around the office & for the alternative ways they explain things & examples.

I would also like suggestions for a good book on nginx as I'm starting to implement it more throughout our environment as we're slowly moving portions of our code base off of mod_perl and would like to look into running our nodejs & php stuff off of nginx. Would prefer book is as close to current version running on Centos 7 which appears to be 1.6. Although current version default in repos centos 6 which is 1.0. However, whether I build this on el6 or el7 I'll probably run 1.6 so would be more useful if that version or close.

I had other topics I was interested in but they've escaped me. If anyone has any books they think are a must have for a linux team they'd be appreciated.
