Redirecting HTTP to HTTPS while excluding a directory in Apache...

Hello,

I have a quick question with regard to having Apache redirecting HTTP traffic to HTTPS. Long story short, I recently modified our OCS inventory site configuration to have Apache redirect all HTTP traffic to our SSL certificate. This has worked fine for the most part. However, agents pushing their information to the server is no longer working. I could be missing something, but I read that the OCS agent does not support SSL when sending data over to the server. A couple things:

-First, is there a way to get OCS agents to deploy their information using HTTPS instead of HTTP? -If not, I believe there is a way I could utilize mod_rewrite to prevent the directory ocsinventory from being redirected to HTTPS, but I am a noob when it comes to the syntax on this.

Any ideas? I can provide more information if necessary. Thank you!
