ppma setup isn't working [apache]

the server have the following package installed ['httpd','php-mysql','phpMyAdmin','php-pear','mariadb-server']

Then I move ppma-0.6.0 to /var/www/html/. when I try to acccess <$ipaddr>/ppma in any browser it gives me "redirected you too many times". I already flushed iptables. Apache is working and info.php is working just fine. I'm really confused. I set this up before with ppma-0.5.0 exactly like this.
