I work for a software company as a junior admin managing some of our internal Oracle Linux servers, databases and some patching using IBM Bigfix. My management is big on training and the company itself is moving towards opensource offering and Amazon Web Services when it make sense for the company. Long term I see the company having a hybrid cloud design wit my some systems on premises. With that said they have offered me access to my choice of Pluralsight or Linix Academy paid by the company. What do my fellow admins recommend? I'm leaning towards Linux Academy as it videos on both advance Linux concepts and AWS. LPIC 2 and an AWS SysOps cert are both on my long term goals.
