I heard somewhere on a course in Linux Academy that Linux Foundation will do a 3rd certification program based on architecture. I have looked at the RHCA program and looks really good, trouble is I have Linux Foundation Certifications which cant be used as prerequisites for RHCA.

Anyhow I got a list of RHCA Training and compared it with courses that Linux Foundation had to offer that are similar.

Redhat - Linux Foundation

Red Hat Gluster Storage Administration (RH236)

Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RH318) <> LF Open Source Virtualization (LFS462)

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Troubleshooting (RH342)

Red Hat Deployment and Systems Management (RH401)

Configuration Management with Puppet (DO405) <> LF Linux Enterprise Automation (LFS430)

Red Hat Server Hardening (RH413) <> LF Linux Security (LFS416)

Red Hat High Availability Clustering (RH436) <> LF High Availability Linux Architecture (LFS422)

Red Hat Performance Tuning (RH442) <> LF Linux Performance Tuning (LFS426)

JBoss Administration I (JB248)

*Will Linux Foundation do a similar certification to RHCA in the future ?

I will be emailing Linux Foundation, just thought I should get a thread going as other people may be interested in this.

Thanks in advance!
