Tools usefull for linux admin on Windows ?

Hi guys.

At the moment, i work on Debian, and everything is fine.

But i have to move to an another company soon, and their desktops are obligatory with Windows.

I never have work with Windows, i have no landmark. Actually, i use i3 as tilling manager, ssh a lot, nano as editor, and a lot of command line.

I want to have access to a linux terminal very easily, connect on any server easily too, and maybe change my default editor with vim.

But vim needs a specific configuration, i need to put my configuration on any server (with ansible for example) or i can use my "local" vim conf everywhere with no upload ?

What tool do you recommend me ?
