Mod_rewrite rule that only comes into effect on a weekday?

Hi all,

I was wondering if there was a way to setup a URL redirect that only works during the week days. I've already setup a redirect that works during office hours but i've run into a brick wall regarding weekdays.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
