Serial Question from Linux using 'cu' command

Hi all,

I am baffled by an issue i seem to be having trying to access a device via serial cable.

I am using the 'cu' command and it seems like the device I am connecting too is very picky about the order of a CR/LF. When i use other programs like ser2net, it seems to be happy, but because CU by default seems to send it in an order that makes the device unhappy - i cant send a command .

It doesnt seem to be an issue of setting 'binary true' because i'm not in file transfer mode (and/or) because its the order of it that is upsetting the device.

So my question, is there a way to configure CU to reverse the order of the CR/LF?
