I want to monitor when MySQL replication is working or not. The script is already created. However, I'm not expert in XYmon. It's something I have inherited and my experience is below zero.
So I have the sh file in the ext/ folder and then in the etc/clientlaunch.cfg I have
[replication] ENVFILE $XYMONCLIENTHOME/etc/xymonclient.cfg CMD $XYMONCLIENTHOME/ext/replication.sh LOGFILE $XYMONCLIENTHOME/logs/replication.log INTERVAL 5m "replication.sh" has x permission.
I haven't done any action on xymon server yet. I don't know If I have to setup anything else... any idea, comment will be helpful!
