apache 2.4 ssl vhost on centos 7 forbidden

I am having trouble with setting ssl vhost. Non-ssl vhost with exact documentroot works fine. Ssl version does not, returns only forbidden for all files that are accessible from non-ssl vhost. Vhosts are here: link
