What do i need to learn to become a sysadmin

I'm a linux user coming on about about a year but i don't know that much about GNU/Linux in general, I'm currently interested in Getting a career in systems adminstrator and/or Network Operations. I don't know what i need to learn how what to do to achieve this in the long run. Im wondering if you guys could give me some tips on how to learn this stuff, Books i can read, Sources online, etc... I'm really interested in all this but i don't know where to start.

  Okay now some background info, I'm Currently 15 years old coming on 16 in a few months, My OS on my only laptop is Antergos and i'm Currently a Freshman in highschool.
