DHCPD logging and alerting

Hey,

We are using DHCPD to give out all DHCP addresses and I'm looking for any script/configurations that other people are using.

I want to log as much details as possible and also alert on the first time a new MAC address requests an IP.

Also looking for ways to alert on when certain vendor's allocated range of MACs request an IP.
