Privileged Access Policies for sudo for linux environments

(First post, so I apologize in advance)

Interested in examples of privileged access policies for linux hosts. Specifically sudo policies and processes for multiple linux environments with multiple user access.

Some starter questions:

Do you allow developers sudo access on prod/test/dev and to what extent?

Do you apply specific sudo rules per host or do a global "trust" policy assuming the user who you give sudo to has agreed and adhered to those policies?
