I have an apache server running on Slackware 14.1, I logged in graphically and loaded up the terminal and I see about 4 processes named "httpd -k start"...why are there four of them? Shouldn't there only be one? Doing "/etc/rc.d/rc.httpd stop" gets rid of those 4 processes and starting the rc.httpd service spawns them again.
Is this just normal behavior? Here is the default rc.httpd http://pastebin.com/9seegdHZ
