I'm looking at ways to provide a gateway for remote devs who are often using locked down corporate Windows PCs, hence RDP is the simplest option. We're generally a Linux shop so I'm reluctant to set up a whole Windows based Remote Desktop Server Host/Connection Broker/AD just for this.
Has anyone put Guacamole into production use? Everything I've seen is just simple test installs with one or two users. Is it solid enough for day to day use without making my users whine even more than they do anyway? Is the performance OK?
I've set up a test install for myself and it all seems OK but it would be nice to hear from someone with more experience.
