Move then resize XFS partitions?

Sorry, I'm coming up a bit dumb on this issue. In my RHEL6 lab box it looks like this:

 4 55.8GB 97.0GB 41.3GB xfs 5 97.0GB 107GB 10.3GB xfs 107GB 134GB 26.8GB Free Space 

I need to resize #4 to take up the rest of the free space, but #5 is in the way. I need to move 5 to the end of the disk, right? The only information I can find says I have to delete the partition (@_@) and recreate it with the correct size, but it has to start on the exact sector it did before. That's great for the resize, but how do I do the move?

edit: oh btw I don't have console access. This has to be done from within the OS.
