RHCSA- in exam documentation questions

So I have been studying towards taking RHCSA. I am studying on my own- more detail of my situation in this previous post. I am finding the most difficult part of the course to be remembering the exact syntax for some commands- e.g. to specify an alternate port for SSH it's -p but for SCP its -P, etc. I appreciate that by all accounts time is critical in the exam and that there isn't time to look everything up. I also realise that only access to RH documentation is available in the exam.

My questions- if anyone is able to answer this without breaching NDA etc:

  1. In what format is the documentation made available? dead tree? PDF? Both?

  2. What level of depth is covered for some RH specific procedures?- e.g. say I were to be presented with a system where I was tasked to reset the root password without knowing the current one. Yes I can follow a guide but I don't think I could remember every step of editing the GRUB2 boot options, correctly entering and configuring the chroot etc. without them. I cannot see this being covered concisely in man pages, even presuming access to them with a broken system.

Thanks

Edit Perhaps I can be more clear. I am presuming that man pages are available. I am asking if the kind of information available at https://access.redhat.com/solutions is made available during the exam, and if so in what format.
