Install failing. Debian + Poweredge server = no love

Having some issues installing Debian on this server. I'm in the process of trying to convert my company from an old version of Fedora to a newer cleaner version of Debian, issue is that the install keeps failing. I get anywhere from 1/4 way to 1/2 way through the install process and then I start to get a message saying that the CD-ROM cannot be read and to check the integrity of the CD. I have swapped and reburnt the CD 3 times as well as using a different program to burn it and a different image (6.0.5 standard and 6.0.5 + nonfree). The furthest I was able to get was to where it started to load the actual install files then I had to swap out to the non-free version due to the NIC and the SCSi drives, since the swap over I can't even get half way through the OS load before it craps out. I'm leaning towards a potentially faulty CD Rom drive, but before I go there I wanted to see if anyone here has had similar issues with older hardware. In addition to this I am also having issues getting it to see the SCSi drives. It will find the Raid for the data container, but cannot see the raid for the OS drives (4 drives are in the data store, 2 are in the OS raid). When I pull all the drives for the data store it says cannot locate any drives to install the OS.

TL:DR Debian 6.0.5 i386 non-free install failing on Dell Poweredge 4600.
