Hi guys, I'm in need of some advice.
Backstory: A few moons ago I applied for a Linux SA job at one of $Big3LetterITCo's central-european HQ. The previous interviews were mostly about my technical skills and all went good, but the next time is all about the salary. Sadly, I'm not that familiar with the workforce market and my can't base anything on my current salary. (small company, one-man IT)
The job at $Big3LetterITCo is basically maintaining Linux (mostly RHEL) and Unix boxes/VMs of other big companies.
So the big question is: What would be considered a fair salary?
