Disable all timestamps?

/r/rlinux4noobs suggested I try here

I am running Ubuntu. My root drive is ext2 and my data drive is NTFS (a leftover from the days the Windows partition was occasionally booted into). I have enabled noatime on my root partition and would also like to disable all other timestamps- ctime, crtime, and mtime on both the extr and the ntfs partition. How can this be accomplished?
