PXE Boot Ubuntu 14.04 won't work

Hello. I have a PXE Boot server ruuning on a CentOs 7 machine and i cant figure out why i can't on Ubuntu? Centos is working fine. I have copied the content in the ISO's into /var/ftp/pub and the in Centos7_x64 and Ubuntu14.04_x64

cat /var/lib/tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/default default menu.c32 prompt 0 timeout 300 ONTIMEOUT local menu title ########## PXE Boot Menu ########## label 1 menu label ^1) Install CentOS 7 kernel centos7_x64/images/pxeboot/vmlinuz append initrd=centos7_x64/images/pxeboot/initrd.img method=ftp://10.0.2.12/pub/centos7_x64 devfs=nomount label 2 menu label 2^) Install Ubuntu 14.04 Server KERNEL ftp://10.0.2.12/pub/ubuntu14.04_x64/ APPEND vga=788 initrd=ftp://10.0.2.12/pub/ubuntu14.04_x64/install/initrd.gz 

I have also tried this seetings without luck the pxe boot menu still flash and returns to the menu again

label 2 menu label 2^) Install Ubuntu 14.04 Server KERNEL ftp://10.0.2.12/pub/ubuntu14.04_x64/install/netboot/ubuntu-installer/amd64/linux APPEND vga=normal initrd=ftp://10.0.2.12/pub/ubuntu14.04_x64/install/netboot/ubuntu-installer/amd64/initrd.gz --quiet
