In which file pertaining to dovecot should this config be in?

So I am on CentOS 2.0.9 and I followed the CentOS sasl wiki which said to put a similar config all in /etc/dovecot.conf however some particular parts of the config look like they belong in 10-ssl.conf and 10-master.conf
