Friday the 13th started off with a bang for me! I've got two drives on my raid5 reporting a failure - mdadm has already automatically removed one apparentlty, and the other one is reading "faulty spare rebuilding". The problem is that mdadm still has the spare listed:

Obvisouly in utter panic mode right now, and not able to figure out what my next step is other than get a replacement from Microcenter ASAP for the drive at slot #4 and the faulty rebuilding drive at slot #2 - but will that even help me in this condition? Am I totally and utterly screwed?
