Need help installing linux server for games

So I'm following this guide. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=260569220 And I'm at stage 11, specificially this code

cd ~/steamcmd;~/steamcmd/steamcmd.sh +login anonymous +force_install_dir /home/game-server/tf2-1 +app_update 232250 validate +quit; 

But I keep getting this same error (even after reinstalling Ubuntu) http://prntscr.com/7fzo56 Any help greatly appreciated. (I'm not very familiar with bash commands).

EDIT: I had bad permissions for the folder I was trying to install to, I changed this with chown and it got further than it had.

But then I got an error (which has been cleared off the screen so I can't get to it at the moment).

But I found a script that is meant to make this process easier, and I'm running it at the moment and it seems to be downloading something very big (most likely the game server).

But unfortunately I didn't know exactly how it was going to structure the files, so I have this dilemma.

After it has finished downloading, would I be able to cut and paste the files to the correct location? (If this ends up working).
