Swap space log?

Hey guys,

I've been doing a little google on this one but haven't come up with much of a solution so thought I'd post here to see if any of you know.

I do support for an app which sends out an alert when swap space is being used on the system. Unfortunately, that report doesn't tell me when the swap space was used by what process...

Does anyone know of a log (or maybe a term I can grep for in /var/log/messages?) which will tell me when swap space was used and what process used it? Ideally I'd like to put together a snapshot of what was going on in the system at that time to determine why the swap space was being used (if it was just idle processes, memory was overloaded, etc.)
