What are some good resources for a Linux sysadmin to learn the basics of administering an enterprise Oracle database.

I have experience with administering MySQL and Postgresql but oracle has always been something that I can just kind of see running. I know roughly what I need to do for the DBA's but I'd like to have more indepth knowledge so that I can service the DBA's more effectively.
