My vps recently moved my server to a diff cluster and the localhost changed to 127.0.0.2 so I had to manually change the network interface to 127.0.0.1 but after reboot is goes back to 127.0.0.2 they support stuff seemed clueless and don't want to help. They are taking the "unmanaged" part of the unmanaged server quite literally even when they screw up.
So I changed all the 127.0.0.1 instances of all my services to 127.0.0.2 the services are now listening correctly but its still broken...
Its seems to be a fastcgi error:
