Web servers other than apache and nginx

So I am working on a paper that should evaluate web servers in terms of module support, speed, memory footprint, features and such specs.

Other than apache, nginx, lighttpd what else would you mention?

PHP support is a must, vhosts too, .htaccess (equivalent) support greatly appreciated.
