Getting to the next level

Hey guys,

I'm currently a JOAT-type admin working in a position troubleshooting a VOIP product. My last position gave me exposure to alot of areas (linux, networking, windows) which has really helped in the troubleshooting process, but I've been noticing lately that I'm becoming the go-to guy when it comes to linux issues because I have the most experience in that realm (which admittedly isn't too much!).

I've got a good grasp on linux basics (bash, regex, etc.) but am wondering what tools I should be looking into to up my game. I know I really need to focus on getting better with sed/awk, but am wondering what other built-ins you guys have found useful to be proficient in.

Thanks in advance!
