wtf is this nginx+ stuff?

I know NGINX has started a commercial offerering, and I see that http://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_upstream_module.html has features listed that show as "part of the commercial offering?". Wow. Just lost some mad respect from me. Straight BS.
