Centos 6.6 tgtd fails to start after ip address change

Hey there, I have a little but rather urgent problem... The Setup: I have a 5 node pacemaker cluster running Centos 6.6. Services include drbd storage replication and iscsi targeting to support a collection of VM's running under libvirt/kvm. Each node sports three lan connections (upgraded from the original 1), and a built in wireless card. during original construction everything worked great, but it was slow. I added the extra lan connections and separated the network into 3 vlans and subnets respectively. 1 for storage replication and iscsi traffic, 1 for pacemaker another cluster multicast traffic, and 1 using the internal wireless for external management connections around my shop. The Problem: After the network alterations the tgtd target daemon fails to launch returning "tgtadm: failed to send request hdr to tgt daemon, Transport endpoint is not connected". tail -f /var/log/messages returns: Jan 15 14:19:22 mn0 tgtd: shmget logarea failed 22 Jan 15 14:19:22 mn0 tgtd: failed to initialize the logger

I have been banging my head against the issue for several days with no luck at all and my deadline for completion is approaching. I am hoping someone can shed some light on this issue for me.

Troubleshooting thus far This is what I have tried so far: Removal of all unique iscsi targets and initiators and their respective db entries (i think) Remove and reinstall of the scsi-target-utils package Checked SELinux Checked Firewall Compiled tgt from scratch Turned it off and back on again...
