svn conflict, how do i see timestamps?

So..

I have some automated scripts running svn commit (yes yes, i know.. not me who made it, please spare your comments on the fact that its not a good idea).

Today i got an email that there was a conflict, the files in the svn repository are in conflict when i do a commit and i have to choose between the local or the on in the repository. so here is my question:

How do i see the timestamp of the file in the svn repository to find out if the one in svn or the one locally is newer? i have googled this, but my google-fu is not strong enough and i'm sure someone here in linuxadmin knows everything about svn!

edit: or any other way to find out which file i newer if i can't get timestamp from svn?
