How to copy large live/active volume to new (larger) volume as seemlessly as possible.

Soon, I'm going to be moving a 109TB volume over to a, now unused, 200TB volume. Copying it over and then switching the cvlabels to create as little downtime as possible. However, I'm looking for the most efficient way to do this while having the 109TB volume fully active. During the copying stage, I'm sure a minimum of 10TB, mostly in small files, will be written to the active volume.

I understand there are ways of tracking the new data being added to the set after the copy has started. But, since the average file size will be below 100MB, I was wondering if there was any script or application that could be used to mirror new activity to the 2nd cvlabel, so when the switch is made, no data has to be moved over, and downtime is kept to a minimum.

If not, what would be the most efficient way to track the new data? Thanks.
