Recommendations for books on SSL & PKI?

Hello all,

At my job, I'm finding that it is (more often) the case that I'm "the guy" when it comes to integrating all of our products together with SSL, since I have a decent working knowledge of how things interact.

Does anyone have any book recommendations that cover topics such as: pub key crypto, openssl, running your own CA, configuring things like nginx/java/apache/etc?
