I'm looking for a convenient solution for managing passwords in my pure Linux home infrastructure. This means it needs a decent GUI for the wife and kids to use, as well as Firefox integration. I insist on a locally stored database.
I use KeePass at work and I love it, but being written in .NET means that I need to either use KeePass2 which runs under mono (boo) and looks ugly (boo), or KeePassX which isn't proving easy to integrate with Firefox. KeePassX would be my ideal choice I think, so success stories about getting it running in a not crazy way would be welcome.
Other Linuxier solutions would be great too. Maybe better.
Also, as long as I have your attention: You guys are awesome :)
EDIT: I should add, that this is for use with browser-based services as well as all the hosts and VMs in my network. Browser-only solutions aren't an option.
