Good Linux/Unix training

I have some money left in my training budget and was looking for suggestions for some Linux/Unix training.

I have a number of years of experience as a Windows Administrator (Server, Exchange, etc) and have been using Linux whenever possible for monitoring, scripts to perform tasks, etc.

There are still some fundamentals where I'm not as strong as I'd like to be. I'm in the NY Metro area if that helps.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
