Red Hat eye for the Debian guy? (about to be admin for RHEL boxes)

At work we're migrating from Solaris to Red Hat. My home network has been all-Debian for years; I know it pretty well. Does anyone have any pointers for where I should look to learn the Red Hat-specific stuff, or where Debian experience might actually mislead me in terms of understanding accepted practices on Red Hat?
