What software do you pull from source vs from a repo?

Just trying to get some opinions out there.

What software, that while available in a repo, do you still download from the source? This isn't a question of should or should not, but more of what is done in actual practice.

For example, Wordpress is available from a repo but we usually do not install it from a repo.
