From LPIC to RHCE: Bridging the Gap

After I finish up my testing for A+ and Network plus by mid October, or maybe even today or tomorrow, I was going to watch all of my CBT nugget videos for LPIC to learn linux. Before that I had watched the series on linux by Eli the Computer guy. And followed along on my Ubuntu vmware virtualization. But I hear that RHCE is what really has pull in the industry. So I want to bridge the gap between LPIC and RHCE so that I can pass that as well when it comes to it.

So, with that said, how much of RHCE is different from LPIC? What more would I need to study? How much will I fall behind by not studying using Red Hat Linux right from the start with LPIC instead of Ubuntu? And what are some good online materials for RHCE (you probably get asked that a lot)?
